If your points are missing, please check the following:
- You visited the betting partner page via ROARwards during the same week (Monday to Sunday) that you placed your bet
- Your bets have settled
- The email address used with the betting partner still matches your ROARwards account
If all of the above are correct and your points are still missing after 10 days, please contact our Member Services team by clicking here.
