- Collect or spend points
This means that we may make your account inactive and cancel any Points balance sitting on it. But don't worry! We will contact you by email beforehand to let you know your Account is at risk of being reclassified as a Dormant Account and that your Points balance may be cancelled as a result. If you then log-in to your Account AND collect or spend Points within a period specified in the email, then your Account status will remain active.
Any unspent points collected through Leicester Tigers purchases and activities — including tickets, memberships, hospitality, merchandise, app engagement activities, and promotional bonuses — will expire at the end of each season, on the 1st of July.
Please note that, as long as your Account remains active, any unspent Points collected with Retail Partners and Betting Partners will not be affected by this end-of-season expiry and will remain on your Account.
