To collect points with over 3,500 retail partners, you need to remember to click through to the retailer's website via your ROARwards account using the links we provide before completing each purchase. This is how the retail partner knows that you are an ROARwards member and allows the transaction to track automatically. The points will be added to your account as pending within 10 days of the initial purchase.
To view the online retailers, you can click here, 'Top Retail Partners' or use the search bar to look for your favourite retailers.
Once you have reached your chosen retailer's page, you can use the links provided to click through to the retailer's website.
Once you have reached the retailer's website, you can complete your purchase as normal. We will track your transaction within 10 days and the points will appear as pending until the retailer has validated your purchase.
